Pink Homes Vacation Rentals uses Sifely smart locks on all properties. A unique code will be communicated to you prior to your arrival and will only be valid during your stay.
To activate the safe lock, place your hand over the black screen to wake up the digital face. Then enter your code and press #. This will unlock the door for 5 seconds before relocking.
Any issues with our keyless entry, please reach out to our team for assistance.
Amenities vary by property, but may include Wi-Fi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchens, linens, towels, free parking, and more. Please refer to the specific property listing for details.
Check in is 3:00pm and checkout is 10:00 am. Most of the time we can accommodate an early check-in/late check-out, however we have to confirm with our cleaning team in advance to do so. Our team members are real life individuals who have kids and personal schedules, so we always check in with them before committing to an alteration.
Once an alteration has been approved, we do charge $10 per hour of adjustment. Meaning, if you want to check in an hour early, it would be $10, two hours would be $20, etc.
Unapproved late check outs are automatically subject to a fee of $25 for every 15 minutes past your approved time. This fee is strictly enforced.
100% of prepaid amounts are refundable when canceled before 3pm of the day prior to your arrival day. If cancellation is attempted after 3pm of the day prior to your arrival date, no prepaid amounts will be refunded. Any balance or deposits due on day of arrival will not be charged.
Example: You are supposed to check in on Jan 3rd, but your plans changed. In order to get a refund, you would need to communicate your changes by no later than 3pm on Jan 2nd.
If you arrive and need to leave before your check out time, you will need to let us know before 10am on the day BEFORE you plan to depart. Any early departures without prior communication will not be refunded.
Example: Your reservation is from Jan 1 to Jan 5, but you need to depart on Jan 4th. If you want a refund for the night of Jan 4th, you would need to confirm with our team of your change by no later than 10am on Jan 3rd to receive a refund. Communications received after 10am on Jan 3rd will not be refunded.
