We believe the best thing we can do for ourselves and others is by investing in our community, and providing quality homes to both short and long term guests. As licensed real estate agents, Brian and Emily have spent many years taking older homes throughout their community and transforming them into safe, modernized and beautiful locations. 

Along with Pink Homes Vacation Rentals, the Pinks also own and operate Pink Homes Property Management and Pink Homes Real Estate.

Check in is 3:00pm and checkout is 10:00 am. Most of the time we can accommodate an early check-in/late check-out, however we have to confirm with our cleaning team in advance to do so. Our team members are real life individuals who have kids and personal schedules, so we always check in with them before committing to an alteration. 

Once an alteration has been approved, we do charge $10 per hour of adjustment. Meaning, if you want to check in an hour early, it would be $10, two hours would be $20, etc.

Unapproved late check outs are automatically subject to a fee of $25 for every 15 minutes past your approved time. This fee is strictly enforced. 

 Pink Homes Cancellation Policy:

• 50%  of total booking price is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due the day of arrival. 
• 100% of prepaid amounts are refundable when canceled at least 24 hours before arrival. 0% refundable if canceled after. 
• A pre-authorization of $250.00 is held on the card on file as an authorization beginning the day of arrival for incidentals and damages. Should no issues arise during your stay, the authorization will be voided 48 hours after departure.
